Common Inquiries

Navigating the legal intricacies of investment and corporate ownership in Kenya requires clarity. Here are insights into our most common inquiries regarding business and property services.

Ask A Specific Question

Do you handle company incorporation for foreigners?

Absolutely. We provide comprehensive end-to-end incorporation services, including name reservation, Memorandum & Articles, BRS, KRA PIN/VAT, and sector-specific licenses. Foreign-owned companies can be fully registered within 2-3 weeks.

Can foreigners buy property in Kenya?

Yes, foreigners can buy property, but with certain restrictions. Non-citizens can only acquire leasehold land (maximum 99 years), not freehold. We conduct thorough due diligence, including title searches, and handle the entire conveyancing process.

Are you certified in Data Protection (GDPR & KDPA)?

Yes, we are fully certified GDPR and KDPA practitioners. We assist with data protection policy drafting, DPO services, ODPC registration, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and cross-border data transfer agreements.
